• Abstraction is a love and a comfort to me, because it makes me feel seen and understood. I’ll joke that I’m a visual artist because I’m not great with words, but it’s true in the sense that most of my ideas feel impossible to put into words.

I am fascinated by signs in nature that prove that all things are connected. This is always my point of inspiration. When I am creating abstract and non-objective art, I am seeking out how to draw connections between things, and how I can present that to others in order to connect with them. My favorite thing about showcasing my art is hearing what other people see in it!

However, my art is not dictated by patterns, or directly copying what I see. I also have a deep infatuation with chaos, and unpredictability. My creative process involves me letting go of control and/or conscious thought at certain times. It can be a spiritual and theraputic experience for me, and I find the resulting artwork usually attracts the right people.
